Home (video) 1973 Steina a Woody Vasulka

In the video, the Vasulkas animate and transform ordinary household objects, such as apples, shoes, bottles, and teapots, through analogue imaging devices. There are effects of colourizing, keying, horizontal drift or layering of image planes. The result is reminiscent of a surreal psychedelic tableaux in motion.
