Funtime at the Vasulkas 1978 Steina a Woody Vasulka

A recording of a studio meeting where Jeffrey Schier and Woody Vasulka shows fellow educators the new Digital Image Articulator (Vasulka Imaging System) what they had developed together from 1976 to 1980. It was one of the first digital audiovisual tools to generate image algorithms and convert them to an analogue signal. At the time, Schier was a Vasulka student at the Center for Media Studies at the State University of New York in Buffalo, the site of all the material in the documentary.
